Colorado Fires 2010

Seven NC Baptist Disaster Relief volunteers are working near Boulder, CO to help those affected by the fires late summer.  The type of work is called "Ash-out".  Volunteers help homeowners that were burned out of their homes to comb through the debris.  Often times the metal and other materials are separated so that contractors can pick up and deliver it to the appropriate landfill or recycling location.
