1. Contact Baptist Men’s Office at the Baptist State Convention for an updated list of Ukraine Project requests/dates and an update on the status of available trip dates (listed below). [1-800-395-5102 x 5612 (Jim Burchette) or jburchette@ncbaptist.org]   
2. Look over the list of project requests and pray about what the Lord may be leading.  Choose a project date. You should have two alternate dates in case your first choice is full.     
3. Dates will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.   
4. Each member on the team will submit (through the team leader) a completed Ukraine Project application, along with the deposit of $200 per person no later than 90 days before the scheduled date of departure. The final balance payment per person is due no later than 30 days prior to the date of your departure. Any funds required for materials cost must also be submitted 60 days prior to departure. (Tickets cannot be ordered until applications and full payment is received.)   
5. The NC Baptist Men’s Office will arrange all travel.  Cost of the trip will be $1550. This will cover airline travel, lodging, most food, in-country travel, trip insurance, T-shirt, and orientation materials. Tickets and orientation materials will be sent to the team leader.   
6. A report/evaluation form will be mailed to each team member to be completed and sent back to our office. This information will assist us in preparing for future projects and evaluating the accomplishments of the Projects.
