EASTERN CANADA
The Baptist State Convention of NC is enjoying a wonderful partnership with the Candaian National Baptist Convention. This Partnership officially began in January of 2007 and will continue until at least the end of 2011. It covers the Eastern portion of Canada, including the provinces of Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland. North Carolina volunteers have the chance to serve in the areas of evangelism, outreach, leadership training, VBS, sports camps, community canvassing, construction, prayer walks, and more during the course of this Partnership.
Canada offers North Carolina Baptists the chance to serve Christ in a much-needed area of the world. Canada has become a very secular society over the past decades. The percentage of those belonging to an evangelical church is now in the single digits. The need for sharing Christ and furthering His Kingdom among this generation of Canadians is crucial. North Carolina Baptists will have the chance to assist Canadian Baptists in reaching their country for Christ. Be in prayer about this exciting Partnership and your participation in it!

2009 Report:
2009 was a good year for the Partnership with Eastern Canada. Thirteen teams and over 150 volunteers served in a variety of ways. Lives are being touch and souls are being saved!
2010 Requests:
Requests from our Canadian Partners have been recieved and are available. Please pray about taking a team to minister in the most needed of places. Click here to request that a list be sent to you via e-mail when it is ready.
