Paint Church Exterior
Whiting, VT
One team of 6+ volunteers is needed to paint the exterior of the church building. Volunteers with carpentry and painting skills who are comfortable working on ladders are needed. Team will need to provide own transportation. Team can stay with local families. Team may also stay at the church – there is a bathroom w/shower and a kitchen. Contact requestor for available options. Team will need to provide own food. Church can provide some meals and meals can be prepared in the church kitchen.
Length of assignment: One week
Preferred Dates: May – Sept 2012
Costs: Travel to VA, food, lodging
Volunteer Insurance: Each individual is requested to purchase volunteer missionary insurance which covers them in case of an accident while on the mission field.
