Pre-VBS Promotion/Light Construction
Washington, VT
One team of 15-20 volunteers is needed to help with prayerwalking and inviting the community children to VBS, which will be the following week. Volunteers will also help with painting upkeep at the “Old Parsonage”, as well as help split and stack fire wood. Team will need to provide own transportation to Vermont. Team is responsible for reserving and paying for their stay at the Calef Retreat Center. Contact requestor for lodging details. Team will need to provide own food.
Length of Assignment: One week
Preferred Dates: July 20 – 27, 2012
Costs: Travel to Vermont, food, lodging, some outreach supplies
Volunteer Insurance: Each individual is requested to purchase volunteer missionary insurance which covers them in case of an accident while on the mission field.
