Evangelitic Outreach/Prayerwalking
Washington, VT
One team of 15-20 volunteers is needed to help with community outreach, and evangelism with a focus on their Youth Rallies the following week. Volunteers will also prayerwalk in the community. Volunteers will help with some light construction needs during this week, but it will depend on the Village School and their needs. Team will need to provide own transportation to Vermont. Team is responsible for reserving and paying for their stay at the Calef Retreat Center. Contact requestor for lodging details. Team will need to provide own food.
Length of Assignment: One week
Preferred Dates: June -July, 2012
Costs: Travel to Vermont, food, lodging, some outreach supplies
Volunteer Insurance: Each individual is requested to purchase volunteer missionary insurance which covers them in case of an accident while on the mission field. The cost of this insurance is $5 per person and covers up to 10 days. If you have any questions about this insurance please see your team leader or call NC Baptist Men at 1-800-395-5102 x 5596.
