Roofing and Construction
South Burlington, VT
One team of 10-12 volunteers is needed to construct a new sign in front of the church. To construct and install a small steeple on the church and to replace the shingle roof on the single story church build. Volunteers with carpentry, roofing, working at heights, and painting would be helpful. Team will need to provide own transportation and housing. Team may possibly stay in the fellowship hall. Housing details can be worked out with requestor. There is a kitchen available at church for teams use.
Length of assignment: One week
Preferred Dates: May – Sept. 2012
Costs: Travel to VT, Materials for project, lodging, food
Volunteer Insurance: Each individual is requested to purchase volunteer missionary insurance which covers them in case of an accident while on the mission field.
