Children’s Ministry/Outreach/Light Construction
Pittsburgh, PA
Teams of 8-20 volunteers are needed to help with servant projects at two ministry sites. Teams can do a variety of children’s ministry, including VBS, drama, dance, music and sports. Light construction work such as painting, plumbing, electrical, plaster work is also needed. Teams can also choose to do community outreach and improvement projects such as litter pick up, yard clean up and minor home improvements. Volunteers with evangelism and prayerwalking and encouragement would be helpful. Team will need to provide own transportation. Team may use church facilities for lodging and meals. Contact requestor for details.
Length of assignment: One Week
Preferred Dates: April-October, 2012
Costs: Travel to Pennsylvania, food, lodging,
Volunteer Insurance: Each Individual is requested to purchase voluntary missionary insurance which covers them in case of an accident while on the mission field.
