Insulation, Vinyl Siding, and Window Installation
Tyrone, PA
One team of 15-20 volunteers is needed to help the pastor install insulation, vinyl siding and windows on his home. Volunteers with experience in carpentry, installing vinyl siding, finishing and people skills would be helpful. Team will need to provide own transportation and housing. Team may be able to stay at the local church (approx. 2 miles) from site – contact requestor for availability. Team will need to provide own food and prepare meal at the church.
Length of assignment: One week
Preferred Dates: May – Sept 2012
Cost: Travel to PA, lodging, food and help with materials
Volunteer Insurance: Each individual is requested to purchase volunteer missionary insurance which covers them in case of an accident while on the mission field. The cost of this insurance is $5 per person and covers up to 10 days. If you have questions about this insurance please see your team leader or call NC Baptist Men at 1-800-395-5102 x 5596.
