Vacation Bible School
Jonestown, PA
One team of 10-12 volunteers is needed to help with VBS. Volunteers that love children and have experience in teaching VBS would be helpful. Team will need to lead and provide VBS materials for recreation, crafts, Bible study, and music. Team will need to provide own transportation. Team will need to prove own housing. Team may stay at the church if they would like. Team will need to provide own food, there is a kitchen available for use at the church. Details may be worked out with the requestor.
Length of assignment: One week
Preferred Dates: June-Aug. 2012
Costs: Travel to PA, food, lodging, VBS material
Volunteer Insurance: Each individual is requested to purchase volunteer missionary insurance which covers them in case of an accident while on the mission field. The cost of this insurance is $5 per person and covers up to 10 days. If you have questions about this insurance please see your team leader or call NC Baptist Men at 1-800-395-5102 x 5596.
