VBS/Servant Evangelism
Erie, Pennsylvania
One team of 4-12 volunteers is needed to lead a Vacation Bible School and conduct servant evangelism projects in the neighborhood with Hispanic church. Team will need to lead in and provide materials for recreation, crafts, Bible study, and music for VBS. Spanish speakers would be helpful. Servant evangelism projects could include painting inside and outside of homes; yard clean up; building handicap ramps. Team will need to provide own transportation and meals. Team may stay at a sister church in the area, which has kitchen for team’s use or stay in one of the numerous hotel/motels in the area.
Length of assignment: One Week
Preferred Dates: Summer 2012 (flexible)
Cost: Travel to Pennsylvania, food, lodging, materials
Volunteer Insurance: Each Individual is requested to purchase voluntary missionary insurance which covers them in case of an accident while on the mission field.
