Survey/Prayer Walk
Tamaqua, Pennsylvania
One team of 7-15 volunteers is needed for prayerwalk , survey, and map the community in support of a new church plant. Team will be involved in finding people who might be interested in being part of this new church plant. Requestor will provide team with surveys and maps. Volunteers who have experience in prayer walking, love sharing their faith and love people would be helpful. Team will need to provide own transportation. Housing could be arranged in the dorms at a local college or local hotels. Team will communicate with requestor for availability. Team will need to provide own food.
Length of assignment: 3-7 days (team normally stay a week)
Preferred Dates: May 2012-Oct. 2012
Cost: Travel to Pennsylvania, food, lodging
Volunteer Insurance: Each Individual is requested to purchase voluntary missionary insurance which covers them in case of an accident while on the mission field.
