Servant Evangelism Projects
Manchester, Kentucky
One team of 6-10 volunteers is needed to help with evangelism projects in the community. Projects may include general construction, supplying children’s books, school supplies and Spanish materials. Team will need to provide materials for projects. (Director is requesting that materials be purchased in Manchester to help stimulate the economy). Team with evangelism and construction skill would be helpful. Team will need to provide own transportation. Team may stay at God’s Closet – contact director for cost. Team will need to provide own food. Food may be prepared at God’s Closet.
Length of assignment: One Week
Preferred Dates: July 21-28 2012
Costs: Travel to Kentucky, food, lodging, materials for projects
Volunteer Insurance: Each individual is requested to purchase volunteer missionary insurance which covers them in case of an accident while on the mission field. The cost of this insurance is $5 per person and covers up to 10 days.
