Servant Evangelism/Sports Camp and Prayerwalking
Ivydale, WV
One team of 15-30 volunteers is need to assist this summer with sports camp, prayerwalking or servant evangelism projects in the community. Volunteers will need to have general construction, sports camps and prayerwalking experience. Volunteers with working with teens would be helpful. Team will need to provide own transportation. Team may stay at church, which has bunk beds and showers. Team can prepare meals in church kitchen. There is a small per person cost of $50 per person to cover utilities and other expenses.
Length of assignment: One week
Preferred Day: Mid May – Mid Aug, 2012
Cost: Travel to WV, food
Volunteer Insurance: Each individual is requested to purchase volunteer missionary insurance which covers them in case of an accident while on the mission field. The cost of this insurance is $5 per person and covers up to 10 days. If you have questions about this insurance please see your team leader or call NC Baptist Men at 1-800-395-5102 x 5596.
