Baptist Educators
(2007 stats)

  • NC led other states with 19 educators joining the Fellowship
  • 850 participated as pen-pals through Christian Corresponders with 19 NC churches leading their young people to participate
  • 1,943 volumes through Book-Link were shipped to missionaries, national pastors, and schools overseas

Church Renewal

  • 59 churches hosted Renewal Weekends in NC
  • 129 churches outside NC led by NC Team Members

Correctional Ministry 

  • 80 boys with a parent in prison attended Camp Angel Tree at Camp Caraway as a result of scholarships and transportation provided by Baptists; 5 of these boys made professions of faith at camp and 4 rededications

  • Over 2,100 youth & adults participated in Church Day Programs and games at Wake Forest University
  • 310 participants in October Deep Impact Weekend, Caswell
  • Deep Impact offering provided for 9 wells in Bihar, India

Camps Missions 

  • 973 boys attended Camp Caraway this summer with 48 professions of faith, 263 rededications, and 128 commitments to full-time ministry
  • $3,606.72 was collected for missions
  • 32 participated in a week of Christian High Adventure

Royal Ambassadors 

  • 442 participated in RA Day attending the Bobcats ballgame
  • 469 participated in the State RA Race in Salisbury
  • 211 participated in the state RA/Challengers Track Meet
  • 198 participated in Father/Son Overnight camps
  • 108 campers for Lad/Crusader Camporee

Sports & Recreation 

  • 112 participated in the annual April NCBM Golf Tournament

Men's Ministry 

  • 97 Men's Ministry leaders training in two state sessions

Baptist Missions Conference 

  • Over 2,500 participants attended this annual inspirational and informational meeting
