Hurricane Harvey/Irma Update- #5

Texas - Currently we are preparing approximately 9,500 meals/day on Manna One, serving in the Nederland and Port Arthur area.  In addition, we have over 130 homes to clean out from the flooding.  More volunteers are needed. Sign up at www.baptistsonmission.org/hurricaneharvey.

NC Disaster Relief Feeding Unit 2 (30,000/meals per day) arrived today in Miami along with a water tanker and additional support equipment and teams.  Recovery Unit 2 will arrive on Thursday.  Additional volunteers arrive tomorrow also to help prepare the site and equipment for helping those affected by Hurricane Irma.
